Another amazing story from this beloved and well-known author! Readers may get a little impatient waiting so long, but it is definitely worth the wait for the second half of the book! The romance in this story is a bit intense and heated and would not be good for Hedlund’s young adult audiences. The first half of the story does a lot of laying down the foundations of the time travel, so it does take a little while for the swoon worthy romance to happen. The author does an amazing job of writing the time travel part of the story in such a way that it is completely explained why and how the time travel takes place, thus making the story entirely believable.
